Policies Pre-registration with full payment in advance is required for each course or workshop. Enrollment is limited! Register early! Mariposa reserves the right to cancel any class, workshop or seminar at any time. Classes with fewer than ten participants may be cancelled. Registration fees will be fully refunded if the class is cancelled by Mariposa. Privacy Policy Mariposa does not collect any personal information and does not use cookies on our website. We do collect aggregated statistics without any personally identifying information that show the number of visits to the pages on our website. We do not sell, trade, exchange or otherwise make available any personally identifiable information to any other company or organization. This site contains links to other sites. Mariposa is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. Refund Policy Workshops: If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the date of class, you will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $10 per person per course. Programs (Series): If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours in advance of the series, you will receive a refund minus a $10 per person administrative fee for program. If you withdraw after that, but before the second class, we will refund 75% of the tuition. There will be no refunds after the second class. Scholarships and Payment Plans Call the Mariposa office at 410-825-2332 for special payment arrangements and scholarship information regarding classes and workshops. Mariposa does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion or national origin. Absences Within each course, the material taught builds on prior class meetings and thus attendance is important. Mariposa encourages parents to register for a course only if they are able to attend at least one of the first two class meetings. In Mariposa's program series, up to two classes can be made up during the following sessions at the Mariposa Office. Absences in shorter classes cannot be made up. Weather Policy Day Classes: We follow Baltimore County Public Schools closing notice. Evening Classes: A decision will be made by 2:00pm.
