WHAT PARTICIPANTS SAY ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE
Equipping adults to create thriving kids and resilient communities

“How does empathy work? We need to listen with compassion, identify feelings, thoughts and needs. Adults must develop these same emotional skills first, in order to convey these skills to children.”
- Parent, 2020

“The children that were once frustrating and often working on your last nerve are now my favorite people in the world, because I see how together we can take a much different path and start to find great success in building resilience skills.”
- Teacher, 2020

“Very useful! It motivated me to try new skills. It has also carried over to other aspects of my life – for example, in my communication styles with my partner and ways to deal with issues that come up in my job.”
