In this transformative course, you’ll uncover a new approach that shifts the way you respond to conflict in the classroom. Rooted in brain science and social-emotional learning, this course moves beyond traditional discipline methods and offers practical tools to prevent, de-escalate, and repair power struggles with compassion and control.

You’ll learn how to stay calm and connected, even in moments of resistance—gaining confidence, clarity, and skills that help you lead your classroom with empathy and authority.
